  • Since The Towers is a Co-Op, every owner/resident is a shareholder – each with an equity interest in their investment which keeps their home a vital part of their estate. When you choose to purchase at The Towers, you become an owner. As an owner, you become a member of the Co-Op, and members govern the Co-Op. Therefore, The Towers encourages its members to serve on its governing body (Board of Directors), advisory committees, or to contribute in some other meaningful way. The Co-op structure allows for everyone to have a voice in how the community is managed.

  • Independent Living offers active and independent older adults an opportunity to enjoy their current lifestyles, without the burden of home maintenance. At The Towers on Park Lane, that means a rewarding, worry-free lifestyle in maintenance-free home with a wide variety of services, amenities, and friends, right outside the door.

  • Financial freedom is a major objective during retirement. The Towers offers a variety of affordable residences.

  • Now is the time to move before the maintenance and housekeeping of your present home become a source of frustration. If your housing needs have changed over the past ten to fifteen years, and the house you currently own is more than you need, The Towers is perfect for you. Weekly housekeeping is included in your maintenance fee. For a nominal charge, minor maintenance work, such as painting, plumbing and electrical is available from on-site professional staff.   • Absolutely, your residence is yours to make your own. Residents bring along treasured furniture and belongings. Some seniors take advantage of the move to Independent Living to make a fresh start with all new pieces.

  • The Towers has a no-pet policy for Residents and guests. (This includes guests’ Emotional Support Animals (ESA)). Residents, with prior board approval, may be allowed ESAs. Guidelines for Service Animals will follow state and federal laws.

  • If you drive and own a car, one parking space will be provided to you in our secure covered parking garage. If a space is needed for a second car, it may be leased (if available). For further clarification, please contact the Administration Office.

  • The monthly fee includes weekly housekeeping, water, spectrum cable including HBO & Showtime, Wi-Fi, valet parleying, concierge services, wellness & fitness room, and all fitness classes including water aerobics and yoga in the park, and preventative maintenance.

  • As a homeowner, you’re welcome to have family and friends over to visit and enjoy some of the amenities that your ownership offers! In addition, there are hotel-style guest rooms provided for a nominal fee upon availability.

  • Although most of our residents take advantage of our excellent dining services, our units do have a full-size kitchen that accommodates an electric stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher for your convenience. Residents have an option to choose to eat in their own kitchen or enjoy dining room or casual deli services.

  • The Towers is Independent Living for 55 years plus. Interested individuals may submit an application for ownership. The Towers is open to civilians, military, and retired military.

  • Smoking is permitted inside individual units and designated outside areas away from entrances. No smoking allowed in common areas.
