Parking & Valet Services
At the Towers on Park Lane high-rise active 55+ community, as long as you own and operate a vehicle, you will be assigned a parking spot in our attached and covered garage. Our garage is secure, with monitored cameras covering every area, giving you the peace of mind to access your vehicle with ease and safety.
Resident Safety
Our Resident Safety Office/Resident Safety Officers are here to provide peace of mind and a worry-free retirement experience to every resident and their family members. We protect our residents with 24-hour surveillance of the property and grounds, along with monitored fire alarms and sprinkler systems installed into each home. Access into The Towers is controlled by an electric key system and will only allow entry to those with permission. Any non-residents will be required to check-in upon entry. Our fully-secured community is ideal for travelers, as residents are enabled to leave feeling confident and worry-free.
Shuttle Services
We also provide shuttle service transportation for our residents who wish to participate in daily outings and scheduled events. The shuttle provides our retired military residents with scheduled visits to select locations within Joint Base – Ft. Sam Houston. Our residents are offered trips to select stores in and around San Antonio.
Technology
The Towers is proud to offer top-notch cable and Wi-Fi services designed specifically to meet the needs and preferences of our residents. We emphasize the benefits of staying connected with family, accessing entertainment, and staying informed through reliable and user-friendly technology. Our bundled cable and hi-speed Wi-Fi packages offer convenience and no additional cost to residents. As well as two up-to-date computer stations with internet and printer capability. At our facility, staying connected and entertained is made easy.
Electronic Vehicle Charging Stations
We are committed to providing sustainable and forward-thinking amenities, which is why we proudly offer electronic vehicle (EV) charging stations on our premises. With a focus on environmental responsibility and resident convenience, our EV charging stations allow residents to easily charge their electric vehicles, promoting eco-friendly transportation options. We understand the importance of accessibility and user-friendliness for seniors, so our charging stations are designed with simple and intuitive features. Residents can rest assured that our facility supports their eco-conscious lifestyle, while also providing an essential service that aligns with their values.
Housekeeping
Leave the cleaning to us. It is our goal to provide all residents with a worry and maintenance-free living experience. From vacuuming, to cleaning windows, to changing your linens, Housekeeping does it all. Our staff makes weekly visits to every resident’s home.
