Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thetowersonparklane.com (the “Site”), operated by [Legal entity name — e.g., The Towers on Park Lane, Inc.] (“The Towers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about The Towers on Park Lane, a resident-owned cooperative independent living community for active adults 55+ in San Antonio, Texas. The Site is for informational purposes only.

Nothing on the Site constitutes:

• An offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, shares in the cooperative or any residence
• A guarantee of availability, pricing, floor plans, fees, services, or amenities, all of which are subject to change without notice
• A lease, ownership agreement, or admission to the community

Residency at The Towers is subject to the cooperative’s governing documents, admissions process, and applicable agreements. In the event of any conflict between Site content and the cooperative’s governing documents, the governing documents control.

Not Medical, Financial, or Legal Advice

Content on the Site, including articles, guides, brochures, and FAQs, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, health, financial, legal, or tax advice. The Towers is an independent living community and does not provide assisted living, memory care, or medical services. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions regarding your health, finances, or living arrangements.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through Site forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or connected systems
• Interfere with the Site’s operation, including introducing viruses or other harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users or residents

Form Submissions

Submitting a form does not create a residency relationship, reserve a residence, or guarantee event attendance. Event reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

The Site and its content — including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and the “The Towers on Park Lane” name and branding — are owned by or licensed to The Towers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Photographs on the Site depict actual residences, community spaces, residents, and staff.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
