The Towers on Park Lane is South Texas’ only cooperative independent living community, resident-governed and financially structured for long-term stability, designed for active adults 55+ who value ownership and engagement.

Since its founding in 1988, The Towers has been guided by this commitment. Today, more than 35 years later, we continue to operate as a resident-governed cooperative dedicated to long-term sustainability, financial responsibility, and a living environment that reflects excellence.
Why a Cooperative Model Matters

The Towers operates differently.
Here, residents purchase shares in the building tied to a specific residence and enter into a proprietary lease. They elect a nine-member Board of Directors and actively participate in governance.

From dining and housekeeping to maintenance and resident services, the team delivers hospitality-level service while honoring resident independence.
